Terror In Resonance: The Complete Series – Review

It’s somewhat hard to write a review about a series based on the concept of nation-wide terrorism, simply because this is not a thing of fiction. In contemporary times terrorism is a harsh reality, and it’s effects are more horrific than they ever have been before. I suppose this is what makes a series like Shinichiro Watanabe’s Terror In Resonance so relatable, because we as human beings living in this time do not have to suspend disbelief for the sake of the story. That, in and of itself, is such a frightening truth. What makes a series, for me, so enjoyable is that it takes me away from this particularly harsh reality, to a realm I will never experience, but can appreciate through certain mediums. Though, as people, there are times when we need to explore a fictional world that is somewhat close to our own. This, I believe, is a way for us to be grounded, so as to not escape into an unobtainable reality forever. These stories also help us come to terms with …

Screw Poker! There’s A “Space Dandy” Collectible Card Game In The Works!

Cards are great. End of article. No! Cards are incredibly awesome, especially when they’re part of a collectable series wherein which you build a deck and duke it out with some of your friends! i’d like to think I can bounce around the ring with the best of them but usually when I think something of myself it’s actually the opposite. In the latest episode of the ‘Snap, Crackle and Pop Culture Show’ Luke and Frank sit down for another short conversation, this time they talk about the legendary Shinichiro Watanabe and his Summer Anime titles that are currently running. ‘Terror In Resonance’ and ‘Space Dandy’ take the spotlight in this episode as the boys explain to the audience why exactly it is that Shinichiro Watanabe is the star of this Anime season. Terror in Resonance coming to Madman’s AnimeLab Streaming Service

Shinichiro Watanabe is a legend in the anime world and for good reason, with anime classics such as Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo and Kids on the Slope under his belt, he has made a name for himself as one of the greatest anime directors of all time. With the return of his ongoing series Space Dandy imminent, it will not be the only anime he has in store for us. Beginning next July is Terror in Resonance, a psychological thriller from Watanabe. The brand new series will follow a shellshocked Japan attempting to make sense of a terrorist attack on their home soil. The attack is shrouded in mystery and the cause of it is largely unknown. The widespread reaction is best described as terror in resonance. For those interested in checking out this highly intriguing new series from Watanabe, there is good news!
