Fans of the Seven Deadly Sins shonen manga series will no doubt be hanging for the premiere of the anime adaptation which is currently slated for Fall 2014. To sate that hunger for even a glimpse of the anime series, Aniplex have released a brand new trailer showcases Meliodas the star of the series as voiced by Yuki Kaji.

The trailer shows Meliodas unsheathing his Dragon Blade and taking a mighty swing, giving only the briefest taste of the anime series protagonist. The series of course follows Meliodas the Sin of Wrath on his quest to reunite with the other members of the ‘Seven Deadly Sins’ in order to reclaim the Kingdom of Brittania from the villainous Holy Knights.
