The New “Sword Art Online: Lost Song” Trailer Introduces Audiences To Alfeim Online

A new adventure awaits for all you pseudo-MMO players out there! I’m sure, if you’re reading this, you’re fans of the ‘Sword Art Online’ series of light novels, Anime seasons and video games otherwise…why would you be here?! Fans of Anime will know exactly what is going on right now in the world of ‘SAO’: There’s a new Anime season, a new game for the PlayStation Vita was only just released and there’s one more on the way. Titled ‘Lost Song’, this game will take place in the world of ‘Alfeim Online’ which many of you may know was the place where the second half of the first series took place.

Unfortunately, for many of the ‘SAO’ audience, it was the weaker of the many arcs but that doesn’t mean this game is going to be less enjoyable. Being handled by the same team who spearheaded the last ‘SAO’ game, ‘Hollow Fragment’, this game is set to introduce fans to a new combat and travel style. That’s right, this time Kirito and his friends have wings. Bandai Namco Games today released a trailer for the upcoming game that, as mentioned in the title, introduces the audience to Alfeim Online. For those who’ve watching the series, you’re be getting a RE-introduction.

Without showing any actual combat, the trailer does well to boost hype. I’m not that big a fan of the series but I’ll say honestly that I am looking forward to this game. Now it could just be that it is coming to the PlayStation Vita, of which I’m a huge fanboy, or it could just be a know a good Anime game when I see it. I mean, I liked ‘Hollow Fragment’. ‘Sword Art Online: Lost Song’ will be hitting the gaming world sometime in 2015 for the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita. To be exact, it will hit Japan on the 26th of March. When they are, you bet we’ll have it here. Now enjoy the new trailer:
