Following the epic Wrestle Kingdom event at the Tokyo Dome on January 4th, New Japan Pro Wrestling’s next major line-up of events comes in the way of the ‘New Beginning’ events taking place in Osaka and Sendai across two days on February 11th and 14th respectively. The events are set to stream on the New Japan World online streaming service live.
The events are shaping up quite nicely with a total of 8 championship matches spread out across both days including the long anticipated return match between former champion and sinister leader of the Bullet Club, AJ Styles and current champion, national hero and professional air guitarist, Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Stay tuned for our coverage of these events as they take place. Anyone placing bets on the IWGP Heavyweight Championship match? After his impressive performance at Wrestle Kingdom against Tetsuya Naito, I am having a hard time believing AJ Styles won’t walk out of this match with the gold around his waist. Will he bring the championship back to the Bullet Club or will the High Flying Star continue to honour the legacy and prestige of this historic championship? Only time will tell, after all it is a new beginning boys and girls!
