Nintendo Reveals List Of Indie Games To Be Released On The Switch In 2017

It scared me to think that the Nintendo Switch is only days away from an official release. Scares me only because it brings to light just how easily time can pass you by. Days roll into weeks, weeks roll into months, months roll into years, and the Nintendo Switch comes out in two days time! It’s simply far too exciting for words.

Now we’re all very much aware of the Switch’s launch titles; The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild, Super Bomberman R, 1-2-Switch, and a few more, but soon folks will be looking for something more to play as they begin finishing the games that game alongside the console’s launch. Nintendo, this time around, have put a great deal of their focus into cultivating a nourishing environment for indie developers and their interesting games with the Switch and, as a part of the Nindies Nintendo Direct that streamed but a day ago, they have revealed an extensive list of Indie video games that are set for a release across 2017.

Unfortunately there really wasn’t any footage shown of these games in action, at least, not nearly enough of them, but what Nintendo have done is compiled a sizeable list simply outlining what games are to be released. The downside to this is…it isn’t mentioned WHEN these games will be made available, just that they will hit the Switch sometime this year. Still, this is very exciting!
