Be Yourself…Or Someone Else With The Customisation Mode In ‘Dragon Ball: Xenoverse’

Ever since I was a child, back in the days when the ‘Dragon Ball Z’ Anime used to grace television sets around Australia each and every weekday morning, I always wondered what it would be like to be one of the ‘Z Fighters’. I used to wish I could fight alongside my hero Goku, I used to dream of surpassing him by reaching the legendary ‘Super Saiyan 5’ of which I made up within my own mind, I used to ponder what my fighting style would be like and how I would beat each and every single one of the enemies that threaten Earth.

Now, at the ripe old age of twenty, I realize that I don’t belong in the ‘Dragon Ball’ universe because, let’s face it, I’d absolutely be the guy to replace Yamcha once they decide to stop reviving him from the dead. Fact is…I’d be worse than Yamcha, so I let those dreams fade away. Now, thanks to the option to customize your very own character in the upcoming ‘Dragon Ball: Xenoverse’ game, I can actually live (vicariously of course) my dreams of being the most powerful character in ‘Dragon Ball’ and so can all of you!

Bandai Namco Games have recently announced this new ‘Dragon Ball’ video game for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 with the biggest feature of the game being that you play as your very own character who is somewhat of a ‘time cop’ who travels through ‘Dragon Ball’ history to help our favorite characters kick butt and save the world…over and over and over again.

Since the announcement, ‘Dragon Ball’ fans have been getting batches of screenshots showing off the game in all it’s glory and to add to the already extensive number of in-game images, Bandai Namco Games have today released a few more that just show off how customizable the main character truly is. Human, Saiyan, Namekian, even Majin, you can be whatever you want! Just make sure not to be evil, OK? ‘Dragon Ball: XENOVERSE’ is set for a release on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 sometime in 2015 and is currently still in development.
